At Artist Moti, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days. If you have not received your refund after this period, please check with your bank and credit card company, then contact us for further assistance.
